By accessing and using NutrIA Coach (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and/or contributors of content.

2. Beta Program

NutrIA Coach is currently in beta phase. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The platform may contain errors, bugs, or incomplete functionalities
• The service may be subject to unplanned interruptions
• Features and functionalities may change without prior notice
• Data may be deleted or reset during the beta phase
• There is no guarantee that your beta access will continue indefinitely

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Requirements for Use

To use NutrIA Coach, you must:

• Be a nutrition professional with a valid and current certification
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain the security of your account and password

3.2 User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

By using NutrIA Coach, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for professional purposes related to nutrition
• Not share your access with unauthorized third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the platform
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NutrIA Coach, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by NutrIA Coach and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your authorized professional purposes.

6. Data and Privacy

The handling of your personal data and your patients' data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to our privacy practices described in that document.

7. Limitation of Liability

NutrIA Coach is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The platform will be free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable

In no event shall NutrIA Coach be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination of your access, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Beta Program Feedback

As a beta participant, we appreciate your feedback and suggestions about the platform. By providing feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, create derivative works, publish, and distribute such feedback for any purpose.
